How to Block a Specific Sender

How to Block an Entire Domain

  1. Open up Outlook.
  2. Click on the “Junk” and select “Junk E-mail Options” from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the new dialog box, select the “Blocked Senders” tab.
  4. Enter the domain you wish to block (e.g., @spamdomain.com) and click “OK.”

Adjusting Spam Filter Settings

  1. Open up Outlook.
  2. Click on the “Junk” and select “Junk E-mail Options” from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the “Options” tab> Select the desired level of spam filtering> Click “OK”:
    • No Automatic Filtering: Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk Email folder.
    • Low: Only the most obvious spam is caught.
    • High: Most junk email is caught, but you need to check your Junk Email folder periodically.
    • Safe Lists Only: Only emails from your Safe Senders List, Safe Recipients List, and domains listed in your Safe Senders List are delivered to your inbox.
