Should I enable multi-factor authentication?

Yes. Multi-factor authentication adds another layer of protection by requiring users to provide additional verification when signing in. This means that even if an attacker manages to obtain your password, they’ll still need the additional authentication method to access the account.

MFA is particularly important for business email because email accounts can contain sensitive information and are often connected to other business services. Enabling MFA across your organisation can significantly reduce the risk of an attacker gaining access using stolen login credentials.
