step 1 - FREE IT Health Check
One of our experienced engineers will visit your business to gain an understanding of the infrastructure you currently have in place. We'll do a full examination of your current IT, and if necessary, offer any recommendations we have that can improve your business. At this stage, you'll get to know Edmondson's IT and how we work. Feel free to ask our engineer any questions you may have.
step 2 - Receive a Proposal
Once your IT health check is complete, you will receive a proposal no longer than 24hrs after our on-site visit. The proposal will contain information on which IT recommendations we have and why we recommend them. We have a price match guarantee, so there's no doubt we can save your business some pennies.
step 3 - Approval To Migrate
Once you have agreed to switch to Edmondson's IT Services, you can grab a cuppa because we'll do the rest! This includes liaising with your current IT provider to agree on a date for the switch over, causing you to have as little down-time as possible.
step 4 - The Transition
At Edmondson's IT Services we make switch-overs seamless, we have a designated engineer onsite to migrate any of your hardware/software, all whilst communicating with your current provider to ensure that you can continue working with minimum interruptions.
step 5 - Go Live!
Once you have switched to Edmondson's IT Services, we then manage all of your IT infrastructure. We have up-to-the-minute alerts to be able to prevent any issue before it happens, and if ever you have any concerns or questions - our engineers are always more than happy to help!
