If an email has been removed from the Deleted Items folder, it may still be available through the Recoverable Items folder. This hidden folder stores deleted emails for a limited time, allowing users or administrators to restore messages that have been permanently deleted.

To recover an email, users can open the Deleted Items folder in Outlook, select “Recover items deleted from this folder” and choose the messages they want to restore.
