We have seen significant growth over the last year, and we are now looking to expand our IT team. We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to support our client’s IT requirements. We work in a fast-paced, busy environment. So, someone who uses their initiative is ideal. Salary between 21k-25k per year.
- Working unaided on remote sites to assist with client requirements
- Build a relationship with customers ensuring all of their IT needs are identified & met
- Provide front line telephone support
- Building Bespoke PC and Servers ready for deployment
- Server configuration and management
- Infrastructure implementation (Microsoft Server, On-premise/ Migration to the cloud)
- Core Networking Installations
- Remote desktop configurations
- Manage, plan and prepare your own work using our ticket management system.
- Communicate effectively internally and externally, keeping any relevant people informed as you resolve any incidents.
- Excellent customer service approach and attitude.
- Initiative to be proactive when it comes to our ticket management the system, and taking it upon yourself to resolve issues that haven’t been yet handled.
- Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Office 365 and Cloud Storage including Azure/OneDrive and SharePoint
- Microsoft Exchange from 2010 onwards
- Active Directory
- Experience with Netgear Switches/Draytek Routers
- Understand networking and architecture
- Worked in IT Support previously
- Use of a CRM to record data
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good overall security knowledge
