Our support team has been busier than ever, handling more than 250 service calls every week on average. Whether it’s a quick password reset, a connectivity issue or a more complex system fault, our engineers have provided fast, friendly and effective support to keep our clients businesses up and running all year round.

More then 9 Bespoke CRM Systems Created

This year, our software team designed and built over nine bespoke CRM systems for our clients. Each system was tailored to the specific requirements of the business, streamlining customer management, reporting and workflow processes. By developing custom solutions rather than relying on off-the-shelf software, we’ve helped businesses improve efficiency, reduce admin time and gain better insights into their operations.

12 Websites Designed and Built

From sleek small websites to large scale e-commerce platforms, our web team have created twelve new websites this year. Each project was crafted to reflect the individual client’s brand, goals and audience, combining functionality with modern design.

Team Events and Industry Exhibitions

2025 wasn’t all about screens and servers! Our team enjoyed getting out and about this year, attending a range of events and exhibitions, including local business expos like My Chamber in Wakefield, team-building days like axe throwing in Leeds and the annual Bobtown Beer Bash beer festival. These events gave us the chance to connect with other professionals, learn about emerging technologies and, most importantly, have fun with our colleagues.
