Dennis Ayres of Edmondson's is a LEGEND for he fixed my IT problem that our former IT services provider gave me the impression they were fixing in the background but I now know, given the problem has happened again, that the problem was fixing itself and the IT services provider would quietly take the credit. I don't have time to wait for the problem to fix itself after days. We switched to Edmondson’s IT from a large comms company in Manchester to enable us to have fast, efficient local service. It was a great decision as they have been excellent and very proactive at fixing our issues and implementing new structure into our IT.

The transition from our old email system to our new Outlook system was seamless. Amber and the team have done a fantastic job. The transition was completed overnight with a technician at our office the next morning providing support for both laptops and phones. Any minor issues are always sorted promptly with remote support as necessary. Five star service

Took on our IT services at very short notice and honoured an agreement that wasn’t their own until we got ourselves up and running properly again. Always on hand to assist over the phone or remotely and will come out if needed. Highly recommended friendly people

We have used Edmondson's IT for over 15 years for our 10 PC's and 2 servers network and the service is always fast and efficient. We experience very little down time, as faults are often detected and fixed before they affect our work. We also have the piece of mind of their very reliable off site full back up service.

Great company, excellent services! 5 stars to the whole team; who have helped set up all of our systems, Fixed all the printer issues (we know how much of a pain they are) and have continuously updated their apps to support our business needs. Got Edmondsons in to bring the company update. they helped design and run a new programme (Job tracker) for both our office staff and engineers on site. always a phone call away. we have since used them to bring our hardware systems up to date throughout and again the service was always great and turned up when they said they would

Edmondsons IT have recently take over our companies full IT system from an old supplier. This has been a smooth transition and communication was fabulous throughout the way. Moving to a new building and using a new supplier can be stressful but this was never the case with Edmondsons. Always keeping us in the loop and getting things done as fast as they possibly can. Highly recommend.

I am a small business owner and was looking for some help with issues such as setting up email for a new starter, management of domain and a shared drive. Amber was amazing, took control of everything and also saved me money from paying for email I wasn't able to use. I am so pleased to have found this company and won't be handling my own IT again!

If we could leave 10 stars we would! Great company and the staff are all excellent especially Amber and Nialls. They worked with us providing and installing our new system, worked well with our 3rd party software providers and nothing was too much hassle/. Always at the end of a phone or email. We can't rate them highly enough and would recommend to anyone.

The Edmondson's team have done the IT stuff which we don't have time for ourselves: upgrading our elderly hardware, sorting out what for us was a major email headache and giving our website not so much a makeover as a renaissance. Always cheerful, professional, and someone there on the end of the phone or email. A young and dynamic team with talent and time to meet our needs.

they did a migrations for us on our onedrive and everything went to plan as they said it would, was a very smooth transition with help on hand every step of the way. would like to give a special mention to Amber who was great throughout the whole experience.

I have used Edmondson's IT for a few years now and find them to be excellent, both in their supply of goods (including Grant advice) and their support. They are always available and they sort any issues I have, often instantly & remotely. Their advice is always good. They have saved my clients money on telephone costs too. Excellent IT & Customer Service! I have been working with Edmondson's IT now for just over 5 years. The whole team are exceptional with their customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble (and I throw a lot of trouble at them on a regular basis, as I keep trying to enhance/tweak our already fabulous Job Tracker system!) They are always available at the other end of the phone when I (very often!) have a mini crisis, which Amber or Dale then sort out quickly and efficiently, whilst listening to me babble nonsense down the line to them! I could not recommend them highly enough. They are just brilliant people to work with!

Very helpful and quick to look into any issues we have. We use Edmondsons for both IT Support Services + have also had them create some software for us to help streamline the business - overall very happy with them and their services.

Edmondsons are a straight talking company that you can trust to always point you in the right direction when making any IT decision. They've never pointed us to put a foot wrong with their expertise in the field. Craig & the team have gotten us out of so many scrapes over the last 10 years or so. From servers dying to backups corrupting and data cabling being foolishly cropped, they always make sure we're fixed and up and running again quickly. Edmondsons build all our PC's, which we've never had any issues with. Even if there were a problem, the team are very friendly and help you through your issues. In fact they have such good customer service that we've recently moved our phones over to their 3CX system. I couldn't recommend Edmondsons more.
