How to transfer calls on your Yealink Handset

There are three ways to transfer a call using your Yealink Handset:

  1. Blind Transfer: This is when you directly transfer the call without calling the extension beforehand.
  2. Semi-attended Transfer: A semi-attended Transfer transfers a call to another extension while the extension is ringing.
  3. Attended Transfer: This is when you call the extension prior to transferring the call.

How to Carry out a Blind Transfer

1. Press the Transfer Key on your Yealink Handset and this will place the caller on hold.
