1. Open up your "Settings" by pressing "Win + I."

2. Click on the "Privacy" option.

3. Scroll down on the left-hand side sidebar and navigate to the "Background Apps" option.

4. Toggle the apps you want to stop running in the background. You can also stop all background apps by toggling the button under the "Let apps run in the background" section.
