Clearing your cache in Microsoft Teams can resolve many common issues, such as slow performance and loading errors. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you clear your cache in Microsoft Teams:

1. Ensure you close the application entirely. Right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar and select "Quit," or use the Task Manager to end the process completely.

2. Open the Run dialog box by pressing "Windows key + R."

3. Type the below and press "Enter":

%userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

4. This command will take you directly to the folder where Teams stores its cache files.

5. To effectively clear the cache, delete all the folders that pop up to clear your cache correctly in Microsoft Teams.

6. After deleting the cache files, restart Microsoft Teams to complete the process. Once Teams loads, you should notice improved performance and the resolution of any previous glitches or errors related to cached data.
